Privacy Policy Viral Lab
This Privacy Policy explains how Viral Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Viral Lab mobile application (the “App”).
1) What the App does
Viral Lab provides AI-powered video analysis and content suggestions (e.g., titles, hooks, insights). The App may process user-provided content and display results in the App.
2) Information we collect
2.1 Account & identity information
- Email address (for account creation/login, password reset, and account management).
- Authentication identifiers from Firebase Authentication (e.g., a unique user ID).
- If you use “Sign in with Google”, we may receive basic profile information such as email and name as provided by Google.
2.2 User content you provide
- Video files you upload for analysis (or derived data from those videos such as extracted frames, audio features, timestamps, and analysis results).
- Analysis results (scores, suggestions, summaries, and other AI-generated outputs).
- Support messages you send through the “Contact us” form.
2.3 App analytics & diagnostics
- Analytics events (feature usage, screens visited, performance metrics) via Firebase Analytics.
- Crash reports, device/app state at the time of crash, and logs via Firebase Crashlytics.
2.4 Purchases & subscription data
- Subscription status and entitlements (e.g., plan name, active/expired state) managed via RevenueCat.
- Transaction identifiers (e.g., purchase token/order ID equivalents), timestamps, and credit grants (to provide credits and prevent duplicate grants).
- We do not collect your full payment card information. Payments are processed by Google Play.
2.5 Advertising data (AdMob)
- We use Google AdMob to show ads (including rewarded ads). AdMob may collect identifiers and advertising data to serve and measure ads, subject to Google’s policies and your device settings.
- We store reward events (e.g., event ID, time, reward granted) to prevent abuse and correctly apply credits.
3) How we use information
- Provide the App: create accounts, sign in, display your history, and deliver analysis results.
- Run AI analysis: process the video (or derived features) to generate insights and suggestions.
- Credits & billing: manage credit balance, subscriptions, and rewarded ads logic.
- Customer support: respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.
- Improve reliability and performance: monitor crashes and usage analytics.
- Security: prevent fraud/abuse, enforce rate limits, and protect accounts.
4) How we share information
We may share information with service providers to operate the App:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, Firestore/Database, Analytics, Crashlytics.
- Google AdMob: advertising delivery and measurement.
- RevenueCat: subscription and entitlement management.
- OpenAI: generating AI outputs based on your input and/or derived video features.
We may also share information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5) Data retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active.
- Analysis history (results, scores, metadata) may be stored to let you view past analyses.
- Uploaded videos / derived processing artifacts may be stored temporarily for processing and may be automatically deleted after a retention period (e.g., via automated deletion policies).
- Crash and analytics data retention is managed by Firebase settings and policies.
- Billing/transaction records are retained for fraud prevention, accounting, and to ensure correct credit grants.
6) Your choices and controls
- Analytics & Ads choices: You may be able to limit ad personalization or reset your advertising ID through your device settings, depending on your region and device.
- Account access: You can view and manage your account within the App.
7) How to delete your account and data
Option A — Delete inside the App (recommended)
- Open the App
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete account (or Delete my data)
- Confirm deletion
After confirmation, we will remove or anonymize your account data in our systems, except where we must keep limited records for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Option B — Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the App, email us at wmclubllc@gmail.com with:
- Subject:
Viral Lab — Delete My Account
- Your account email address
- Optional: a short note describing what you want deleted (account only, or account + history)
We may ask for verification to protect your account. We typically process deletion requests within a reasonable period.
8) Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including authentication controls and access restrictions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9) Children’s privacy
Viral Lab is intended for users 18+ (or the age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10) International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, depending on the locations of our service providers (e.g., Google/Firebase, AdMob, RevenueCat, OpenAI).
11) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page.
